As of August 31, 2026, the Office of Foreign Labor Certification is adjudicating PERM applications filed in November 2025, averaging 336 calendar days from filing to decision, and prevailing wage requests for H-1B filed in May 2026. A priority date is the month whose filings OFLC is currently working; it is not a promise or an estimate for any one case, which can take longer or shorter depending on its own facts.
